Cash Advance: Some FAQ's for Your Help

How do I apply?

What are the requirements for approval?
You must be a resident of Australia and 18 years or older. You must prove you can repay the cash advance without causing hardship to yourself.

How much can I borrow?
You may be approved for up to a $500 cash advance.

What if I have bad credit?
We evaluate each application on its individual merits. If you are credit impaired we will accept your application and ascertain your ability to pay back the cash advance requested in accordance with our
normal review process.

What if I am self employed?
We require you to show us the last 3 months of bank statements to prove your income.

How do I find out if I'm approved?
Once you're approved, we will send you a confirmation email. In fact you will be advised the status of your application each step of the way via email.

When do I get my cash advance?
Once all the documentation is completed and final approval obtained the funds will be transferred by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into your nominated account.

How do I repay my cash advance?
Either by way of a payroll deduction or direct debit from your nominated bank account. The deductions
will be made on the specified day agreed.

What happens if I don't have the funds available to pay back the cash advance?
We'll work with you. Contact us as soon as you know that there's a problem, at least 24 hrs before the scheduled repayment date. If we attempt to withdraw funds that aren't there, we incur extra expenses
that we have to pass on to you. By staying current, you limit any additional charges or collection fees assessed to your account.
